Director
Brazilian filmmaker based in New York, where she is an MFA candidate in Screenwriting Directing at Columbia University. Moara was a co-writer and associate producer of the Academy Awards Nominee documentary THE EDGE OF DEMOCRACY. Before joining Columbia University, she worked as assistant director for the acclaimed experimental filmmaker Kiko Goifman and did her first short film TILDEN’S DREAM (2009). ECSTASY is her first non-fiction feature film.
