Born in Vladivostok, lived in Singapore from the age of 2 to 10. Graduated from boarding schools in Hong Kong and Road Island, USA. Currently Tim is a student of the Faculty of Cinematography at the Paris College of Art and Emerson University in Boston. Together with his colleagues, he founded Seafoam Productions company.
