Was born in Baku. Graduated from MGIMO of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Lives and works between Moscow and Riga. Since 2005 he is a producer of the art exhibition of filmmakers PAKSHOT (annual exhibitions, the latest dedicated to the 100th anniversary of VGIK).
