Born in 1979 in the village of Koshuki, Sverdlovskaya Oblast.
He graduated from the Department of Journalism of the Ural State University, worked on television. He received his higher education at VGIK.
He made 10 films that were awarded at festivals. In 2013, he was elected President of the Non-Fiction Film and Television Guild, since November 2016 he is its Vice President. Founder and co-owner of the PERVOE KINO Film Company in Moscow.
Creative producer of the Sverdlovsk film studio since 2021.
